Before contacting SVP with questions about the equipment, ensure you have send this form complete to our email address ( info@svpbm.com) , so we can provide you the RMA number in 24 working hours. As soon as you have receive the RMA number, you need to send the equipment to repair to the following address:

All the SVP Broadcast Microwave carries a 2 years factory limited warranty.

1.) For non warranty repairs, SVP will be provide with an estimated repair cost, after our technical department has review the equipment. This quote needs to be accepted by the client if we wants that SVP repairs the equipment.

2.) SVP has the commitment that the equipment will be repair before 30 working days, once the quote has been accepted.

 3.) Once the equipment has been repair by SVP, it will receive a warranty of 1 year
