SVP consolidates their business relationship with Television y Video Digital in Colombia following to the presentation of the camera links, to the main channels of the public and private TV in Bogota.
Juan Antonio Burgos from SVP Broadcast Microwave was the responsible to lead the presentation of the equipments that transmit and receive wireless signal. Some of the examples shown was the HDT-02 camera transmitter that can transmit in HD signals and SD or the HDR-100 receiver, that have a intermediate frequency input in the UHF band. This has been designed specially to receive video signals in HD and SD definition.
The presentation consists of a theoretical part where they explained the functionality of the equipments and a practical part where he demonstrates how to apply the knowledge acquired in the first part. This presentation was attended by a number of engineers’ from different channels of the country.

On the 10th of October in the installations of the Group Carrillo, in Caracas, HERCASA show the camera links for live retransmission, news, sports and other events with the support of SVP Broadcast Microwave.

Radio Television Castilla y Leon has confidence in the SVP Microwave links to create a network that allows retransmitting in direct from all the most important cities of the province.
RTVCyL has believed in the SVP systems to implement a network that allows to retransmitting in direct from every point of the most important cities of Castilla and Leon.For this, in a high and close reception place, they have installed a receiver system which works in diversity, so that it can offer a large coverage area. For the transmitter they have use a DT-04 and an omnidirectional antenna. The omnidirectional antenna allows, most of cases, that transmitted signal arrives to the receiver, without any necessity of the operator to use the pointing from the antenna in transmission. La Première has awarded a contract to SVP

French Public Television, La Première (RFO), in their transition to HD, have chosen SVP technology and have awarded a major contract of HD microwave links to SVP Broadcast Microwave. The election of SVP systems is due to the high quality and better performance of SVP new systems and the experience they have had working with SD systems in the previour four years.
The systems required on the contract, several camera links and portable links, are to equip the delegations of the overseas territories of France: Martinique, Reunion, Thaiti, Guadeloupe, Saint Pierre de Miquelon and la Guayana. The camera links have ultra low delay options and the portable links have been designed with multisector reception. The antenna AM-205 together with the Diversity 6 receiver HDR-106 offer an omnidirectional coverage with high gain.
